About BR Holding
BR Holding is the everyday name for BR Capital Holding, an Austin company that holds and helps grow businesses across construction, design, hospitality, and community work.
What we do
Our story
Day to day, we stay close to every brand under the umbrella. We check where things stand, dig into marketing and the numbers, support the teams doing the work, and ask what each brand needs next, a small step or a larger pivot, so the business keeps moving toward its real goal.
We are not passive investors. We show up to help companies grow the way Brian Reynolds wished someone had helped him.
BR Capital Holding grew out of construction and high design. Those businesses taught us how to build, market, and operate. We take that experience into every company we touch, including newer directions like coffee and hospitality that sit naturally alongside the contractor culture we already live and love.
When Brian sold his first business and brought partners in to grow, he did not get the support he needed. That gap is why BR Holding exists: to help local operators strengthen marketing, structure, and day-to-day execution without stripping what makes their business theirs.
Community
Business and community reinforce each other.
Community
Business and community reinforce each other.
Texas Support Events Foundation (TSEF) helps veterans, first responders, and aligned nonprofits run events and fundraising so more of every dollar reaches the mission. We are selective about who we support and start where the need is clearest: vets and first responders.
Cigars, Construction & Connections (CCC) is a networking circle Brian participates in (we do not own it), contractors and subcontractors unwinding together so relationships, and business, happen naturally.
How we name ourselves
On the site and in conversation you will mostly see BR Holding. That is our short, everyday name. The legal entity is BR Capital Holding, the umbrella that holds capital across our businesses and partnerships. Same company; one name for the room, one for the paperwork.
Motto
Excellence in every endeavor.
